I'm proud to announce a major upgrade and modernization of gOEbase, our toolkit for internal consultants. We're psyched about the update and think the enhancements make gOEbase even better. Continue reading to learn the story behind the New gOEbase. goebase unveil

Those of you who know gOE, know that in addition to our consulting and research activities, we focus a lot of attention on building the consulting capabilities of our internal counterparts, such as HR Business Partners and OD, Learning, and Talent Management professionals. We've supported many, many HR functions and we know that internal consulting isn't easy. In many ways it is even more challenging than external consulting.

With this need in mind, a number of years ago we developed and started providing an Internal Consulting Skills Workshop for HR Professionals. Since then, thousands of consultants have participated in this workshop. It is highly interactive, focuses on real work experiences, and is very practical, so participants consistently find it to be a useful way of enhancing their skills and savvy.

But we also recognized that a workshop might not always be enough. So, we decided to share our intellectual property, for example our tools and methodologies, with our clients, which led to the development of gOEbase. Over the years, internal consultants all over the globe have used gOEbase to tackle challenges in their organization, and also to sharpen their consulting capabilities.

But it was time to modernize gOEbase. So throughout 2017, we've been working on the New gOEbase. It features a modern design that scales well to various screen sizes. But in addition to aesthetic and tech upgrades, we thought we'd use this opportunity to make other enhancements. Based on input from the gOEbase user community, we've added features and capabilities that, for example, make it easier to quickly find the right tool or resource. But we were also careful to keep the content and features that users really wanted.

So I'm proud to announce the New gOEbase. It is the next step in our quest to ensure internal consultants are equipped to boost both their organization's effectiveness and their own careers.

Please let me know if you're interested in taking an early look at the New gOEbase. I'd be happy to arrange it!
